Spin up

Spin always turns out to be a fast paced and challenging workout. Tonight wasn’t any different!

It was a pleasant cool night which made for great conditions.  We got in about 45 minutes of high-cadence, ILTs, and 2x2x2s.  I forgot to bring my HR monitor so I didn’t capture my profile, but I know I was hitting max HR when we were spinning up to 140 rpm.
