Brick profile

I uploaded the data from my Forerunner for the brick workouts.  I was fairly consistent through all the bricks. Spikes in speed (blue) were from a short down hill and the dips were for the run.  For some reason, my HR spiked very high on the first bike loop — it was a cold start and I went out harder than I should have.   But soon I settled in and found a good pace.
